You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) by completing this form and submitting it to the data controller, Pera Anka Turizm Otelcilik İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Pera Anka Hotel”).
