Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Pera Anka Hotel, no advance payment is required when making a reservation. Accommodation fees are paid directly at the hotel reception. The following cancellation and refund conditions apply to all reservations made directly through telephone, email, WhatsApp, or our website.

For reservations made through third-party booking platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia, the cancellation and refund policies of the respective booking platform shall apply.

1. Reservation Cancellation

• You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to [24 hours] before your scheduled check-in date and time.
• Cancellation requests can be submitted by telephone at +90 312 446 73 72 or +90 532 056 54 06, or by email at info@peraankahotel.com.
• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Pera Anka Hotel. If you have not received written confirmation of your cancellation request, please contact us again to verify its status.

2. Reservation Modifications

• Requests to change your reservation dates, room type, or number of guests are subject to availability.
• If your reservation is modified, the current rates applicable to the new dates and selected room type will apply.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the hotel on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, your reservation will be cancelled at [23:59] on the scheduled arrival date, and the room will be made available for other bookings.

If you expect to arrive later than planned, please inform Pera Anka Hotel in advance to avoid cancellation of your reservation.

4. Early Departure

• If you wish to shorten your stay and check out earlier than your originally scheduled departure date, please notify the hotel reception no later than the morning of your intended departure.
• Charges will apply for all nights already stayed. Any prepaid and unused nights will be refunded, [with a deduction of up to one night’s accommodation fee].

5. Reservations Requiring an Advance Payment or Deposit

For reservations made during public holidays, special occasions, or for group bookings, Pera Anka Hotel may require an advance payment or deposit. The following conditions apply to such reservations:

• For cancellations made at least [7 days] before the scheduled check-in date, the full advance payment will be refunded.
• For cancellations made after this deadline or in the event of a no-show, [the entire advance payment / the first night’s accommodation fee] will be non-refundable.
• If different cancellation or refund conditions apply, these will be clearly specified in the reservation confirmation.

6. Refund Methods and Processing Times

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever applicable.
• Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded to the same card. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank and typically ranges from 2 to 10 business days.
• Payments made by bank transfer or EFT will be refunded within [14 days] to a bank account (IBAN) registered in your name and provided by you.
• Cash payments will be refunded in cash at the hotel reception.

7. Cancellations Initiated by the Hotel

If Pera Anka Hotel is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to circumstances attributable to the hotel, we will offer you an alternative room of the same or a higher category, or equivalent accommodation at another property.

If you do not accept the proposed alternative, any payment already made will be refunded in full without deductions.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of either party, including natural disasters, epidemics, or decisions issued by public authorities, reservations for which payment has already been made may be rescheduled to a later date without additional charges or refunded.
